Benvenuti, Welcome to Taste Italia Cookery School...

The Taste-Italia cookery schools were started in 2002 by Leo and Maureen Smith. Originally in six beautiful historic locations in Tuscany and Le Marche, and now with a successful UK year-round school in Ramsden Heath, Billericay, Essex.

We teach and celebrate traditional ‘Grandmother’ food; delicious seasonal dishes that have been passed through the generations and are notable classics today. We grow our own organic herbs and vegetables, and teach eight to eighty eight year olds authentic Italian home cooking.
