The historic Palazzo, built as a medieva fortress, provides a quiet retreat with sumptuous elegant interiors and beautiful gardens, life in an 18th century italian palace.

Traditional Piceno recipes

Courses of traditional Piceno cookery are given by Signora Dora Ricci, owner of the historic home La Pantiera, by Beatrice Panichi, part of the family that owns the Borgo Storico Seghetti Panichi.

They are both passionate enthusiasts of classic, refined Italian cookery - but with an eye on ease of preparation for people who have to go to work. They will be helped by Delia, an expert in traditional Marches country cooking and, on Fridays, by expert seafood chefs from the local area. Cooking will be the way of getting to know the Piceno area, with its characteristic flavours of superior quality.
