14th - 18th. An A-Z of Italian cooking
from one Italy's finest cooks.
Our new course is aimed at enthusiastic cooks of intermediate
cookery skills or those considering a career in the restaurant
or catering professions. We guarantee after our one week course
your culinary fires will be well and truely lit.
In addition to many new recipes you will learn the tips and
tricks the professional cooks have aquired over many years.
On Valentina's course you will learn bread making, fresh pasta
making, risottos, meat and vegetarian sauces, anti-pasti and
Italian sweets.
Classes
start at 9:30am until 3:30pm and includes lunch and refreshments
plus course literature.
On successful completion of the course, you will be rewarded
the
"Taste-Italia Silver diploma" +
a free personally inscribed copy of Valentina's
latest book "Slow."
