Day cookery masterclass
Sign up for one of our one week intensive Italian cookery course
and submerse yourself in the " how to's" of Italian cooking. Our
new course is aimed at all levels including those who may be considering a
career in the restaurant or catering professions. We guarantee after our one
week course you will be well on your way to your first Michelin star.
Put an extra sparkle into your cooking and learn tips and tricks from our
professional instructors. Our aim is for you to achieve a level of skill and
understanding that will give you extra confidence in all your cooking. The
courses are designed not simply to introduce you to more recipes, but to give
you the basic understanding and feel for Italian cuisine to turn your cooking
in to something extra special.
Classes start at 9:30am until 3:30pm and includes lunch and refreshments plus
course literature.
On successful completion of the course, you will be rewarded the
" Taste-Italia Silver diploma".
