A day of hands on cookery? Under the guiding hand of one of our masterchefs, our panel includes Cooking Luminaries like Mario Pozzi, Gennaro Contaldo, Valentina Harris, Katie Caldesi, Peter Bayless BBC Masterchef winner.
Without phones to distract you it’s a great opportunity to relax and enjoy a new learning experience, there’s a six acre country garden to relax in, plus our own kitchen organic garden, ensuring the school’s vegetables are as fresh as they can be. The prospect of real food so good you could be in Italy.
Everything about a team day is bespoke from the timings, to the recipes you and your colleagues choose, its your day.
One successful format for the day is breakfast start say 9.00pm morning business session 9am to 12:30pm cookery class and dinner.
We are only thirty minutes from Liverpool Street by train to Billericay or 25 minutes from the Dartford tunnel. We can accommodate classes between 15 to 25 people or more by special arrangement.
