We are begining a series of five evening cookery classes. They will begin on Wednesday 10th September 2008 and run for five consecutive Wednesdays for five weeks, starting at 6:30pm and finishing at 9:15pm. The cost of five evening classes is £300. We need a minimum of six people in order to run the classes so why not come with a friend?

The classes are for students who want to improve their overall cookery skills, interpret menus, learn knive skills and create professional Italian gourmet meals. Entertain at home with confidence. The food cooked can be taken home afterwards.
