The Cookery Classes.
Our chef/instructors
provide one-to-one tuition. the class are small and
friendly, never more than ten people, recipe’s change
with the season.
Each morning the dishes
to be prepared are divided amongst the participants

or for lunch, what you have prepared during the day,
the fruits of your work combining to a beautiful and
balanced gourmet Tuscan meal.
